Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days pass from the time of purchase, then we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, you must email us within 30 days of your purchase and your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To return your order, email us at email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of our receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 weeks via the original method of payment and using the original credit card involved.
We replace items if they are shipped to you in a defective or damaged state.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale-items cannot be returned. Sale-items are marked explicitly as being “not eligible” for returns. “Free shipping” does not constitute a sale-item.
If the item was a gift, we will issue a refund via the gift-giver’s original credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will not pay for return-shipping.
The time it takes for a returned-item to reach us is your responsibility. You should consider using a trackable shipping-service and shipping-insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
